A space to remember
Thank you for being here. This space has been created with love to celebrate the life of Chrissie Atope-Christian — Ewuraba Chrissie — a devoted mother, sister, aunt and friend. She was warm and wonderfully outspoken, a brilliant cook, a lover of music and dancing, and a woman of deep faith whose memory and laughter filled every room she entered. We invite you to share in her story, her favourite things, and the many memories of a life beautifully and fully lived.

A life of warmth and faith
Chrissie was the last-born of the six Atope-Christian siblings — so cherished that her mother's declaration, 'Chrissie first,' became a household refrain. From Holy Child School's 'Angel's Hill' in Cape Coast to a secretarial career in England, she lived by her catchphrase, 'Time is money,' and brought her whole self to everything she touched.
She was never simple, never quiet, and never forgettable — fully, completely herself, and the world was more colourful for it.
